I read some papers about fabrication of nanowires of metal oxides on ITO coated PET through electrodeposition. I am still confused. Can you please enlighten me about the same?
I have fabricated ZnO nanoarrays on ITO coated PET by hydrothermal method.
The temperature can't be too hot, otherwise it will damage the electrical conductivity of ITO.
I have managed to deposit Polymers on PET. Of course you must have some points of disadvantage:
It is very difficult heat treatment
And reproducibility, since being very flexible, the thin film deposited ITO having easily damaged.

nanowires on ITO coated PET by electrodeposition, please search some more article on "glass transition temperature" of PET, as there might be local heating while electrodeposition even though the ambient temperature might be less (e.g. 60 or 80C).
