Now a days we have hex core microprocessor in market, but even after this so much improvement in microprocessor we don't have any remarkable change in performance overall(speed must be six times to Pentium).
Don't you think we must think for hardware improvement, or some idea how can we interface our hard drive to microprocessor in such way so that we can minimize the misses. Now miss rate is very high(as hard disks are quite slower comparatively).
All suggestions or comments are most welcomed as I want to work on it and looking for new ideas to work.

Yes, like Chetan Said, There is only one supercomputer in USA I think to track protein/ molecules of AGTC amino acids and other constituents to their genetic reasons so people can be traced correctly to diseases, after the Human Genome Project collapsed, or virtually completed.
So, Accelerating hardware manufacturing is not possible to have super capacity microscopes because of its cost, necessity, resolution, thanks
I am not discussing about design and components of hardware, we should work for interfacing algorithm(architecture of computer), work between processor and hard disk.
the all changes will be pure logical not any physical.
It's totally my own assumptions, correct me if I am wrong.

I guess making computers from DNA and biological existences may be a solution for having better performance.
Thanks Chetan, Supercomputing logic is purely logical as single processor core is same and the IO times from processor to sotarge , be it memory or hardisk or flash memory or any other Exadata storage, the bottlenecaks stille xist
