Two case reports (Marketkar et al., 2016 and Akkalp et al., 2015) share the same writing format and appear to have the same literature review. One might argue that because the cancer described is extremely rare, a literature search would result in the same set of articles. However, having an identical table without citing the source raises concerns.

might not be case of plagiarism because similar rare case may be reported by person in different journal not in same journal but Patients characteristic will be different for each case report

The referencing on the second reference does not seem detailed enough, I cannot see how this could even be a book reference with a p>40000 numerical reference? Referencing is time consuming and difficult sometimes but it should not be plagiarised. Perhaps the author who cited this reference can clarify this reference.
Siri St Llaurent Kowalski some open-access journals do have long "page numbers" at the end. The issue was with how the two articles presented paper content. ). The second article was published earlier, and the journal seems trustworthy. First one I am not quite sure. We can ask an expert.

Compare the tables: Marketkar et al., 2016 used the same table from Akkalp et al., 2015 without citing them. Definitely If they used same table without acknowledging this is not ethically right .?In that scenarion it will fall under Plagiarism
