Short answer is no. But you can write client/server app owed re-232 or Ethernet . Labview side on PC send messages to rpi, rpi process it, and respond to PC. So for your next vi it will be lookalike rpi is yet smother vi.
There is one interesting library I found, called LINX. It basically allows you to control Raspberry Pi through LabView running on a host machine (PC / Laptop). LINX works as an interface between Pi and LabView, so you can create VIs on a host machine and burn them on Pi and it will work accordingly.
