Intrapreneurship is the entrepreneurship within the same organization. Also the concept of intrapreneurship is bottom up and entrepreneurship is top down. Can the dimensions of Entrepreneurial Orientation be used for the intrapreneurship as well? If yes, can someone suggest me some material to go through with?

Hi Chaudry. I think you could take the view that people have an entrepreneurial orientation (along several dimensions) regardless of whether or not they become an entrepreneur.. So think of intrapreneurship as an individual with an entrepreneurial orientation that is constrained in their options and activities by the corporate body (specifically the senior management team). I see entrepreneurial activity as a process is the same, whether it applies to an individual endeavor or an intrapreneurship one. I believe both orientations fall within the boundaries/constraints of the resources needed in order to execute the entrepreneurial opportunity.
However for the Intrapreneurship Orientation, A number of STRATEGY dimensions/constraints might be further considered before deciding to move forward with the opportunity:
1- Synergies with existing corporate business units
2-Alignment with overall corporate strategy
3-Approval of key stakeholders, Board of directors for instance.

Yes/possible. What is bottom up is usually scaled from what is "small", cultivating innovation from the inside out one step at a time, at multiple fronts. A very practical compendium of inverted entreprenuership based on a personal encounters and reflections: Tom Peter's The Little Big Things (TLBT)
For example, in Chapter 4 of TLBT , dealing with nudgery, already has its counterpart in social entrepreneuership and the world stage, inspired by behavioral finance and economics, where its common to find prescriptions that call for incremental incentivizations targeted towards a final goal. In other words how to create an avalanche of change through a series of small but crucial "proddings". The relevant EO dimension, in this respect, as conceptualized by Miller (1983), would be proactiveness.

I guess so. Seminal authors explain that in small companies, EO depends more on the owner, a person. Inside a company, it would be basicall the same. There, of course, intrapreneur would have other kind of difficulties
