How do I interpret the dendogram obtained through SEM/EDX of PM1.0 samples?

I have applied Heriarachal Cluster Analysis on SEM/EDX results of PM1 samples. I have obtained a dendogram (attached file). But I am not able to interpret it. Can someone help me out with this?
