Yes its non-significant. However, if you are interested in the univariate tests don't use MANOVA. It is a multivariate procedure that is widely misused. (BTW I've inferred you aren't interested in the MANOVA because you want to interpret the univariate tests).

MANOVA is sometimes used for Type I error protection prior to univariate testing, but it is quite well established in the statistical literature that this is not a good idea. It is also horrible to interpret because it creates a composite DV in an theoretical way (as well as having several potentially conflicting test statistics).

For Type I error control just run the univariate tests and use a p value adjustment such as the Hochberg or Hommel correction (or slightly more general but less powerful Holm correction).

There are also better multivariate approaches available such as multivariate regression - but its its unlikely you need them.
