The first one is an anglerfish (family Antennaridae); it is impossible to identify the species properly without seeing morphological details, including the esca. The colour pattern is highly variable in these species; therefore it cannot be identified just from the photograph. Several species of the family occur off the coasts of India, including Antennarius coccineus, A. commerson, A. dorehensis, A. hispidus, A. indicus, A. maculatus, A. nummifer, A. pictus, A. striatus, Antennatus tuberosus, Histrio histrio.
The second fish is a pipefish (family Syngnathidae), most probably Trachyrhamphus bicoarctatus (Bleeker 1857).
