Dear Ufaq Razi As far as I can see someone (you?) has already run the FASTA sequence through I-TASSER https://zhanglab.comp.nus.edu.sg/I-TASSER/output/S807704/
If you look at the line under Job... you see "Annotation of I-TASSER Output" click on this link and you find an explanation of the results.
Personally I would go to “Top 5 final models predicted by I-TASSER” and download Model 1 (you will end up with a file called Model1.pdb), this file you can open in for example Chimera https://www.cgl.ucsf.edu/chimerax/ and will give you a 3D model of the protein, like you can see in for example Article Identification of Possible Lipid Binding Regions in Food Pro...
Sir, I tried using I-Tasser, but the C-score is -3.05, and it is only covering 39% in the Ramachandran plot. What should I use next to refine the structure or build it using other websites?. Already tried D-I Tasser, Alphafold 2,3.
Dear Ufaq Razi Not 100% sure but I think that the low C-score has everything to do with the high content of 'unstructured'/'random coil' in your protein structure.
Very much doubt whether refining will help. No personal experience but when I search for 'refining 3d structure' in Google numerous programs/servers pop-up.
