Hi , I a Simulating a Electrically small loop antenna (Circular loop of diameter 1m) at 5MHZ . Made 3 Turns of loop using Helix structure from "Macros" . I'm getting huge number of mesh cells of around crore due to which the I'm not able to run on my PC. It would be really helpful if someone could sort this out

In order to manipulate your mesh settings at specific points in your model you have to do the following:
1. Create a cylinder (vacuum) in the middle of your helix structure
2. Right-Click that cylinder in the components folder
3. Go on local-mesh properties
4. Disable the "Consider for simulation"-Checkbox
5. Change the mesh inside the "Volume refinement settings"

To handle mesh cells over 10 million, you need to upgrade your RAM to 12-16GB. You can decrease the number of mesh cells by narrowing the frequency of observation from the "Simulation"->"Frequency" option. You can minimize the 2D/3D field monitors to decrease mesh cells. Also, you can decrease the mesh cells by manually setting the mesh parameters. Click on the "Meshcells" option at the bottom right and decreasing the cells per wavelength and other parameters will decrease the mesh cells. But the automatically generated mesh cells are recommended for better accuracy in CST.
If your wire is thin you may find that there are lots of mesh cells around the circumference because CST doesn't like a big difference between mesh cell dimensions in different directions. I think you can relax this in the mesh options.
You may also be able to replace 3 turns by one wider turn. It should have the same radiation but a different impedance.
