I have 18 scanned georeferenced raster image tiles that are to be merged together to formulate a single map.
In this case, I used Mosaic Raster Tool in ArcGIS 10.4 in order to formulate the merged single map.
But after running the tool I got the merged map with different colours as shown in the picture I have attached with this question.
It would be a great help if someone can give me a suggestion to merge 18 raster images and obtain a single raster layer as it is in the original map tiles.

In my opinion, i think that the coloration issue that arise when running merge tool in ArcGIS is due to the fact that your scanned maps are in multiband (RGB) image and not in single gray band image.
Merge took work best with single raster band and not multiband images. Thus my suggestion is to find a way to split your scan RGB images into single gray raster band, merged each individual raster band R - G - B and after create a new multiband RGB images
Or try to find if arcgis merge tool give the option to merge each bands separately when trying to merge multiband images
