Laminin on my plates polimeymerized and formed various patterns of crystalline lettuce. This process or preocess that precipitated th had cytotoxic effect on my neuroprogenitor cells and high rate of cell death.

I am looking for references to some biochem resources and publications on this subject. I have used this method before successfully, but I'm wondering if any ingredient of the media, or accutase, PBS or isopropanol can trigger polimerization of glycosyl moeties of laminin. Does this reaction cause byproducts toxic to cells? Probably...
