I have hypothetical thinking of sudden lowering of atmospheric temperature of around 5 km radius using some technique (which I don't like to disclose at this stage) by 3 to 4 degree C to tap energy from the atmosphere. Somebody may like to predict what will be the impact on the ecological balance and any adverse effect on the human beings and the environment.
Yes sir, agreed. In cold country such variation may not have much effect. I faced upto minus 35 degree C temperature dip in Obninsk, USSR in year 1989. But in middle east, such variation may give rise to pressure change causing wind storm (as temp goes as high as 50 deg C). To tap energy hot country will be better. Effect of sudden temperature drop within a few seconds in a desert place as well as in a highly populated city to be examined. During rainy/winter season normally we observe sharp temperature drop. In a dry weather condition in hot country sharp temperature drop may have different effect.
