I feel it is a species of Phyllanthus. I have attached some pictures of the plant for identification. I want to know the correct taxonomical nomenclature for this plant. Hope somebody can help. Thanks.
the photos are not so good,any way I thing is from Rhamnaceae family the Ziziphus lotus or a similar sp.

It is definitely a Phyllanthus, and the guess of P. reticulatus looks fine with me.
The plant belongs to Genus Phyllanthus but for species level identification habit description would help full ..
Yes, it is Phyllanthus reticulatus Poir. (= Kirganelia reticulata(Poir.) Baill. ), a shrub found near natural water bodies. the stem used to make baskets in the villages, leaves used in veterinary medicine.
