I think I answered more than one question for you.
Here it will be an advise rather than a technical answer.
If the moisture detracts you materials then you have to protect your cells from exposure to moisture even it is low concentration.
There are transfer vessels to the specimens to preserve then from moisture and dust and any other contamination.
This vessel is called desiccator. You can try to use them much better than transferring the specimens in the open air. Transferring specimens in fee air must be really avoided.
Now if you have the desiccator, then you can make an experiment to see the free air transfer of the specimens.

5min in ~50% humidity should not be a problem (at least it isn't for MAFACs perovskites, these can survive even for a couple of hours in 50%). So I'd say (gut feeling) 5min in ~80% would also be ok. But you can always put them in a plastic bag in the glovebox and melt the opening of the bag to seal it for transport.
