I am working on how workplace bullying is perceived by different individuals, and would like to use content analysis to analyze what different people have posted in there blogs or on platforms like Quora. do I have to take every individual's consent before taking their shared opinions or experiences?

In the first instance, you have to get institutional ethical approval and identify to that/those committees how you intend to collect the data, what you will do with it and how you will maintain ethical principles of rights, privacy, anonymity, informed consent, the nature of your research etc.
Thank you Dean Whitehead, but can you suggest some format to follow for ethical approval, as our institute doesn't have any written policy of such sort as yet. Hence, if I can use an established format for ethical approval and may put it for approval of the research committee. It may also help future doctoral students of my institute
