I don’t think this is correct. The microorganism will be growth and as consequence DBO increase, contaminating the environment…independent if they are good or not, ‘cause they will be competing for the oxygen. In this case the wastewater will is neutral, before u flush in the environment… For this are many biological and chemical treatments or booth. There is not simple.
