Can I use Galaxy for front end?

Dear all, I am new to Galaxy (software for buiding backend largely used by the community of computacional biology). I was wondering if somebody has experience with Galaxy also for front end, as so, it would be possible to do all the work in just one platform instead of several different languages. I am considering that the Data Mining (DM) method is valid only when reliable and quantitative biological databases are utilized.

PDMD (Protein-Direct-Microsequencing-Deciphering) method is uniquely quantitative (please see files; HepG2 Fucoidan and JMBT Alopecia).

On the other hand, databases from DNA analysis or usual results of Genomics, Western blotting, SDS-PAGE method, NMR, ELISA, MS, and HPLC (low recovery RP-HPLC separation using TFA)-MS are not quantitative at all.
