I don't understand what do you mean to convey by top 1%, 5% and 10% but some of the most commonly referred journals include Remote sensing of environment, International journal of remote sensing, Remote Sensing, Journal of remote sensing, International journal of applied earth observation and geoinformation, Photogrammetry and Remote Sensing, Applied geography, International journal of image and data fusion, Remote sensing in ecology and conservation, Remote sensing applications: society and environment etc.

It's not as easy as expected to find that information. It requires a bit of work on your behalf. Here's my suggestion. First, try these two webpages that have journal rankings:

http://www.scimagojr.com/journalrank.php

In both of them you will find categories of the different scientific journals. I would first try to analyse all the journals under the category "Agricultural and Biological Sciences" and within them I would look for words such as Remote sensing, GIS, and other words related to those.

Then you can make your own ranking of journals related to your field of interest. Be aware, though, that some journals might not include any of those keywords under their title, and yet they might also include remote sensing subjects in some of their articles...

I think the best way to have the list of articles, journals, or any useful document in the field of GIS and hydrogeology is to look for the imapct factor of these research in the newspapers, well enough for them. articles only for books. The best documents are the ones that specialize in the field that we look for.
