you can produce a mixture by wet planetary ball mill and you cannot disperse CNT in UHMWPE as reinforcement. you must use melt mixing process such as twin screw compounding, internal mixer, and etc.
If you want to manufacture a composite with a low percentage of broken CNT, I think you should not use ball mill.
Ball milling alone can not result in fine dispersion of CNTs in matrices. It is mainly because of the reason, that harsh milling conditions in form of milling energy provided to charged CNTs damage their graphitic structures. I have been working in CNTs reinforced metals and used sonication assisted ball milling to get improved dispersion with minimum damages to CNTs. here is the reference:
