You can, and its tempting to assign the lineaments from the lineament detector and the depth from the Euler decon. But you need to be sure that the Euler deconvolution you do is meaningful. Euler decon of gravity is hard, because the simple commercially available form is not applicable to the most common source type, the "thick edge". So its actually hard to get a reliable depth to top of a fault or contact using Euler decon.
