My samples particle size is more than 100 nm and the samples are in powder form. How I calculate strain from XRD for this particle? or is there any other process or measurement?
Yes, you can do that if calibration is done accordingly.

Particle size or crystallite size!!, as far as I know crystallite size agglomerate to give a particle size.. also variety of crystallite size and microstrain are found in different planes of miller indices.. furthermore instrumental broadening must be corrected first. for further consideration, dislocation and stacking fault are also cause peak broadening..
