I have collected the data by using Trait emotional intelligence questionnaire-short form for adolescents. The scale provides the scores on four factors i.e. Well-being, Self-control, Sociability and Emotionality and global scores. Now, should I sum up the scores of these four factors to get overall Trait EI scores or present only four factors individually?

Petrides et al write in their manual: It is possible to derive factor scores from the TEIQue-ASF, but these tend to be somewhat less reliable.
My suggestion is to use their lab's scoring software online and it will tabulate scores for you - http://www.psychometriclab.com/Home/Default/15.

Yes Harmandeep, you can get a global trait EI score by summing up 30 items.
