I have sensitized titanium oxide doped nanoparticles, and I am really desparate to measure Hall parameters for them, I can coat these particles by making a paste and forming a nano porous layer (actually it is used as photoanode in dye sensitized solar cells). Can this type of coating be used in Hall effect set up? does it have any special method for sample preparation? thanks for your time in advance.
What is the measured conductivity in such a film for it to be used as a photoanode? What film thickness was used in the solar cell?
Is the conductivity of 20micron film high enough for measurable Hall voltage to be produced?

I have no idea about the conductivity since the film resistivity isn't measurable by regular ohm-meters. I tried it but I couldn't measure any resistivity in Mega ohm, and also my layer was scratched by the probes since it is a porous layer with low mechanical strength. Is there any method to find out about the resistivity of this kind of film?
also in this type of solar cell, the thickness of 15-20 microns is very common.
