Can electromagnetic methods be used to separate two agricultural products?
As materials the electromagnetic radiations can be affected by these radiation in the sense they has a characteristic curves for the reflectance and transmittance with the frequency of the EM wave. From the principle point of view the MW can be used to identify agricultural products. EMw can be used also to measure the water contents an the agriculture products.

Using a network analyzer you with two antennas can initially normalize (parameter S12 or S21) the medication without the products and then measure with one product and then with another and know the attenuation.
