MANOVA assumes that the independent variables are categorical and the dependent variables are continuous. As far as I can see, you should be able to build a MANOVA model with your data. This post explains the basic syntax of such a model in R:

Hello, if the dependent is dichotomous you can use binary logistic regression also.
