Can diamagnetic material (especially doped semiconductor) show ferromagnetic behavior (Hysteresis loop) without addition of ferromagnetic materials (Fe, Ni, Co as dopant) at room temperature? Is there any possibility for other dopants (non-ferromagnetic)? If yes, then what will be the application of those materials?
If I am not mistaken, diamagnetism is a phenomenon, which is not connected to para or ferromagnetism. All materials experience diamagnetism, it is just so much weaker than the para or ferromagnetism that is superimposed.
But maybe I do not understand your question properly.
I've not understood the question completely, but I can suggest some points which may be useful.
Firstly, yes, all materials experience diamagnetism. It depends how much it is in comparison with para or ferro behavior, if any.
There are some reports on induced ferromagnetism in materials like ZnO (which is a wide-bandgap semiconductor), by the doping of certain materials and/or annealing at certain temperature in specific conditions. But, I believe that this phenomenon is reported in nano-particles or thin films with thicknesses in nm level.
