I dont think, proper degradation of cow dung with in two weeks is possible? Regarding mixing with the soil, yes you may do it , but that way you invite more termite population in your soil which may adversely affect your crop in future. Cow dung is a bulky organic manure contains small concentration of plant nutrients and large quantities of crop residues and water. The nutrient content depends on the source of dung, quality of food fed to animal, nature of litter and manner of storage. The main limitation is its excessive water content. Thus, it should be dried before use.
The gut organisms have already degraded the readily available carbohydrates, so depending on the diet, what remains can be quite microbially resistant.
Before apply cow dung you must compost it with accelerator such as microbial bioactivator and urea in suitable temperature .Suitable degradation in at least four weeks is possible.
