I am conducting a salt stress experiment with tomato plants. I am giving a moderate level (after pre-selection) of salt stress in the treated plant. I am not giving severe stress because all the plants are dying. After the moderate stress treatment, I found that the stress treated plants are giving more yield than the control plants. What is the reason behind that? There is any literature about this issue.

It depends on what growth stage you are applying stress. To me, it seems that you started applying stress little before the flowering stage. Under moderate stress conditions in some plants early flowering or enhanced flowering. Apart from total yield, you have to also check the other parameters like fruit size.
