It is being said, that if the organizations are implementing Artificial Intelligence for it's HR operation, there will be no need of a HR department. How far the claim is authentic? Can the usage of AI really replece the HR managers? What skill sets will be requiring to handle the future HR managers jobs? How the nature of jobs for HR managers is going to change?

I think this is similar to the problem that physicians canbe replaced by the intelligent medical system using AI. But i think AI is a support for physicians. This lead to the answer of your question that AI can support HR managers.
If AI has taken over the control...then there will be no requirement of HR Managers at all. AI will completely change the scenario......
In my opinion, AI's role will be excellent in HR, to analyze the accuracy of the workload load and the composition needed for the work in the business organization.
