In some Science Fictions we can read about artificial rebuilding of human brains.

1st, can you define human intelligence ? quantitatively ?
2nd, what do you mean by artificial intelligence? which technique neural networks, expert systems, genetic programing, fuzzy logic ......etc?
3rd, how can you quantitatively measure intelligence ?
From my humbled experience, all AI techniques could be mathematically classified as soft computing or some kind of "Multi-variable regression techniques" . complicated or not it is just a mathematical technique.
I think this comparison is wrong , they are two different things , you have to compare an apple to an apple
In order to carry out this comparison, you have to prove that human intelligence is just a mathematical technique.
