Neural network toolbox is a very important toolbox for any decision making system. But I can't import any satellite image file or any gis file directly and I found that ASCII file can be imported into this process but I don't know how to import ASCII file into neural network. Help me to solve this problem.

I am not sure whether I understand you correctly. I used to program neural networks in the C programming language. Instead of using C, you can just as well program them in Matlab. Prior to training the network, I used to save the training set (represented in a binary coding scheme) as an ASCII text file. I then programmed the network so that it would import the training set (i.e. the 1s and 0s) from the ASCII text file. In Matlab it should equally be possible to import an ASCII text file. In Matlab you can either use the inbuilt-functions to import a file, or you can implement the data-import manually when writing the program. I hope this helps a bit.
