Metroglyph analysis is done to study the variability present in the genotypes.genetic variability present in the population can be estimated through simple measures of vriability,studying the componnets of variance and estimating the genetic diversity.metroglyph is graphical method where the mean values of different traits are drawn as glyph in the graph.and they clustured into differnt groups . go through some literatures for clarity

Thank you for answering it.....i understand what is metroglyph and what for we are using it, but my doubt is how do they form clusters of different genotypes. On what basis do they group the genotypes/population into different clusters?
