I am interested in finding the antibody clones used in some of the clinical test kits offered by for instance Enzo Life Sciences, Creative Diagnostics or Helica? Any other clinically used kit would also be good know. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
An excellent start would be the Pubmed article that I provide you a link. it discusses not only their cost effective methodology by a sandwich technique used in microplates of 90 samples, but also the name of the MAb clones used and the companies that look respectable. The paper itself is from China, but the Mabs look to be made in USA. (the exhibits some cooperative trade).
