I am working on battery thermal management solutions (Air cooling). In this, there is a fluid domain like a rectangular box(module) and battery cells are placed inside the box. For the Inlet, I have considered velocity-inlet and for the outlet, Its pressure-outlet. And cells are considered as constant heat sources. The flow is passing through the cells from inlet to outlet. Then the results are showing reversed flow at the outlet...Can you help me with how to fix this error...?
Many reasons could cause this.
Start the initial solution with laminar silver without energy solution, if this works then activate the energy and use appropriate turbulence model the continue running the solution.
Check the fluid properties, the mesh, boundary condition, etc

I suggest to double-check the velocity and pressure values for the inlet and outlet, respectively. I recommend to use laminar flow physics (as Ahmad said) and set a relative small value for air velocity (typically 0.1 m/s) to avoid any chance of turbolence. Turbolent flow can cause swirls and so, "backflow" component could appear in the "normal" velocity vector.
It is also good to check the wall conditions for the rest of the external (inspecting) box that can be slipping wall. Open boundary can cause convergence issues in some cases.
In addition, there is sometimes an option to supress backflow in the outlet boundary condition. It could be also useful.
