i want to work in cloud computing as a part of my research work. seeking an advise on the research area in searchable encryption in cloud computing.
i want to encrypt my data and encrypt index for this data then upload data and index to cloud server, send encrypted query to server then server make search in secure index and return encrypted answer to user then user decrypt his data.

This article may not address the issue directly. However, it will give you an idea for initiating the further work on "Searching through encrypted Data". I was also at the same conference and had a long discussion with him on the issue as one of my students was also working on a similar problem. This was based on homomorphic encryption.
The other approach used is through "Attribute Based Encryption" techniques. You may explore this approach too.
i read in attribute based encryption but i notice that using this technique not affect the search process. i mean that if i want combine attribute based encryption with whatever search( single keyword, miltikeyword, fuzzy, and synonym) there is no relation .i dont know if i understood right or i have misunderstand.
I suppose you can either encrypt only the data content, leaving keywords as plaintext to allow anyone to search (but not anyone to use the data), or you can encrypt everything.
It sounds like you want to encrypt everything. If so, just as Joachim suggests, any problem with using TLS (used to be called SSL), between any client and the server? This will even protect the search criteria used by the client.

The above does a good job of separating the secure search aspects from the encrypted data files, and protection of both from the cloud servers.
There have pullulated hundreds of relevant research essays that deal with SESs (Searchable Encryption Schemes). I.m.h.o., the approximate keyword-based search over encrypted cloud data by Ibrahim et al. (https://dx.doi.org/10.1109/ICEBE.2012.46) deserves the most advertence, because this SES assembles an adequate list of probably contained candidates in the first step of each quest and reverts to a semi honest third party to determine the best matching keywords depending on a secure similarity function in the second stage.
I completely agrre with the directive given By Prof Joachim Pimiskern. In fact you have also to investigate the more suitable encryption algorithm for stream cipher. You have also to investigate hash functions they can be used to hash only key words to hide and accelarate research among words index.

Then you might also want to look at inverted index search with either public encryption or otherwise as an authenticated user. There are a couple of challenges in this regard due resource consuming trapdoor generation and the likes.
