I am looking for some python help to converting the .tiff data into .lan as spectral Library (hyperspectral) of python only supporting the .lan Format. There are some online converter are available but i can not upload data over internet due to data restrictions policy. I have tried Gdal and Resterio but it wont worked for me. Any other offline tools or python code??

You can use Erdas Imagine, the only drawback is that it´s commercial. I´ll let you know if I can find some free software

And you can use MultiSpec to do the conversion. (https://engineering.purdue.edu/~biehl/MultiSpec/). This is freeware.
