The best option for learning OMNeT++ is to use the manuals available online. I recommend you to start with the TicToc tutorial.

The OMNeT Manual (PDF, HTML), also has the book, Modeling and tools for network simulation, with one chapter about OMNeT and other cool stuff

I would recommend to start with the user manual from the OMNeT++ official documentation.
