We intend to collect documents that include government reports, evaluations, policies, etc, on the implementation of social health insurance scheme for maternal health care services but have doubts on how to effectively collect and analyze these documents. Our main objective is to identify important contextual factors that contribute to the success/failure of the implementation of this scheme. 

Any suggested methodological publications on documents review/analysis?
