• should be from a high impact, Scopus-indexed journal
• it should not be more than 5 years old
• it should discuss the intersection of generations, technology & culture
• how the culture of the organization affects the adoption of technology/ how technology is being adopted by different generations within an organization
• impact of technology adoption through generational theory
