Sorry, I can`t understand the question. There are a lot of various coefficients regarding to vessel designing: design process, hydrodynamic, strength, stability, seakeeping etc...What is the exact problem?

Once you finalise the requirements such as capacity, speed / thrust, displacement,etc, choose similar vessels and get their form coefficients. This will help to lead to a hull geometry. The parent vessel spec may not be the same for your vessel. But you can alter the hull form to accomplish your spec. This will save lot on hull geometry generation.

As Dubravski suggests, You should formulate more precise – what kind of coefficients you would like to know. Some are easy to find eg. Admiralty coefficient, but that which are related to the weights of ships - are difficult to get, what else, their depends on type of the ship.
