We all know masonry units generally get badly affected in monsoon. On the other hand, adverse effects of moisture migration from external surface to the internal surface of wall deteriorates wall aesthetics. In view of this, I am interested to know any research outcomes based on durability study on clay bricks or clay-cement blocks, under different moisture, temperature, paints type, surface treatment etc.
