It is good idea to find out some already done projects. However, if you have another purpose, then you have to draw your mind-map i.e ( the purpose of wastewater treatment, the treatment methodology, information about the location site, budget, and so no). In case of some recommendation I believe many researchers are able to support you.

U should design the watertreatment by urself. u need make the capacity, the treatment, etc.
u can get all that u need from many literatures, such as pantent or journal.
