Can anyone recommend scales of measurement for autonomy, mastery, and purpose? The scales will be used to explore the relationship between drive fulfillment and networking behaviors.
These constructs are not usually measured together so I cannot think of any scales readily. I looked up what is in RG for related studies that I hope would be helpful for you. I extend best wishes for every success with your research and happy and holy Christmas and New Year.
One scale is the Ryff Scales of Psychological Well-Being which measures six dimensions: self-acceptance, positive relations of others, autonomy, environmental mastery, purpose in life & personal growth. This may be helpful to use when examining drive fulfillment and networking and the relationship with some of these dimensions as you mentioned above. Check out the hybrid model of learning in personality (HMLP) which is measured using the learning styles profiler ... attached is a recent paper where it is used to measure depression but it has also been used to measure educational success and work performance etc. I think it will measure the scales of interest within one coherent model.
