I need a brief definition of 5S and quality control Circle in a carpet manufacturing company or carpet industry. How & from where can I get that? Thank you
Most of Japanese company are implement 5S and QCC.
For your information some company use Innovative and Creative Circle (ICC) instead of QCC.

Very useful link on 5S shared by Mohd Norhasni. For further information, no matter for whatever sector, 5S and QCC are the two of many quality initiatives which are quite basic program to create quality culture in the company. For example the 5S is a very practical and effective program to ensure every staff are taking good care of every activities and components during work process and creating a quality environment as basic as to prove cleanliness, minimum wastage and efficiency in work systems.
yes, I read the link Mohd Norhasni shared and found that useful. what I wanted to know is that how can one approach his studies to the subject of carpet manufacturing in such field, on the other hand I have to make comparison between these two alternatives, "what kind of tool is being offered most in my country compared with another country like Japan."
