I am trying to get into culturing Micromonas for the first time. I have no prior experience culturing any type of algae whatsoever. Our lab does not have a dedicated algae growth chamber. So, I plan to use a temperature controlled incubator with LED lights with 13:11 light dark cycle L1 - Si media. If any of you have any important tips or concerns, please do tell. Appreciate the help.
