If you want to plot results for 'n' no of iterations, then store the results. Therefore, you will have 'n' no of file (.csv file). Plot one file using MATLAB/Origin or other software. Hold this figure and Plot the 2nd one. Again hold this figure and plot the 3rd one and so on. I do follow this procedure using MATLAB
If you are using parametric study using HFSS, then under SWEEP option (Analysis-> Setup->Sweep), tick the 'generate filed All frequencies'. Think, it may help you. But remember, it will take huge space to store data. A 10-20MB file may be 800-900MB or more.
