You can find similar curves for other solar absorbers.

As for the glass layers you can assume them transparent with zero coeffcint. Or having very small absorption coefficient say 1 to10 /cm.

For the silicon itself, this is the most referred publication which has a table of optical parameters of intrinsic silicon at 300 K. The temperature coefficients are included which you can use to obtain optical parameters for different temperatures.
