I am working on a research project "effect of performance appraisal system on employee motivation in Colleges and Universities". Please I need some suggestions in adopting questionnaire for measuring Performance Appraisal System.
You can use ' Employee Survey' as one of the approaches which is most widely used. In this study you can design a survey to measure the following aspects :
1.Employee development such as:
