This is a sample from Russia, more, from the town. And this is definitely not Tilia europaea (too big leaves as is and comparing to fruits). It could be Tilia americana, but Tilia platyphyllos is the most ot other large-leaved Tilias widely used for urban greening in Russia, so I guess this is Tilia platyphyllos. Small amount of fruits in a cluster also proof this hypothesis.
Tilia is a genus with much hybridization, so it is sometimes difficult to identify the species. It should be noted many features of the plant to identify it correctly.
Noting that sample photography, Tilia platyphyllos have the leaf abaxially densely pubescent and fruits with 5 ribs. In my opinion, it can not be.
Could be Tilia americana, by measures leaves and the fruits are globose, not ribbed. However, the number of fruits in T. Americana is 5-10 and in the picture are observed 2-3.
I think it might be T. americana collected with less fruit but to be safe we should see the flowers with staminodes
